Sorry for the late(X100) posting due to my laziness haiz. Anyway let me share with u regarding my trip to HK. This time i went to Macau, HK, Shenzhen and Tsu Hai for a period of 3 weeks. It may seem long but when it comes to visit relative, a month is also not enough for me!

Sorry guys for the late posting. These few days, there were several camps going on, including my band camp. Let me continue to share my joy and tears with u regarding the Australia Trip.

Special Sites,Special Things, Special People:

Bangabaoui Cruise Ride. Holding a boomberang with

Sydney Opera House-This is really a great place to visit when u come to Aus, becoz it is even more magnificent than Spore Esplanade(isn't that obvious?!).There are a total of 5 performance halls inside, one for drama, one for band music and so on.

Scenic World-A MUST-SEE SCENE! The Three Sisters and the surrounding greenish scene is so so so so marvellous. It just stop my breathing for that point of time. From the cableway, the bird's eye view from the cable car, u can see waterfalls, mountains and many many more.

Roller-coaster ride? No lah...Its the steepest incline

Jenolan Caves-This was fun!!!!!!! We got to run across the cave with the lights switching off behind us and we had to run like thunderbolt to reach the opening of the cave, so scary, especially when the cave was pitch-dark.HELP! Of course, everybody scream like hell. Below video shows the pathway down the deepest hole in the cave. U can see a lot of limestone around.

PS:

BBQ dinner in Aus was totally different. If u are observant

enough, u will notice that the frying pan is made of steel.

Compared to Spore charcoal BBQ, is really more high-class

and efficient

Finally get enough sleep to write my review on the Aus trip.

Compared to my Taiwan trip in June, both are in fact fun in one way or another. Our group of piggies has 19 students, with a Ren Yu(SPH Journalist) & Damien(Photographer)Here are them.

We went to various museums which include:

National Museum of Australisa
Canberra Deep Space Tracking Station.

It was one of the NASA station in the world and the inspiring speaker,Glen, told us how Earth was so minute compared the whole universe. He also introduced us to new planets discovered, like Make Make and he even shared with us the latest photos taken of Mars-"live"

3.Old Parliament House

A series of roleplaying took place. This is Nigel and Jia Yi who played the role of the governors in Aus in the past...haha. They were so cute in fact!

4.Australian War Memorial

Got to witness the pre-ceremony of the Rememberance Day! Brass Band and squats could be seen

5. Questacon -The Science & Tech Centre

Got to experience free fall by fallling vertically downwards...Really scary when i recalled it again, insulin really rushes to my whole body. Also, played the game of throwing of ball with Wang Zi.it looked simple but the faster the roatating speed, the tendency of throwing the ball to the opp person will be getting harder, due to some physics theory said by the HCI friends.

Most of all i love the AIS (Australia Institue of Sport), coz we had the chance to play basketball with the Australian national basketball player and they had an average height of 200 cm. Their awesome throwing techinques and tricks made me feel disheartened, especially when from afar, u could see that it is a match of gaints and dwarfs. (There is actually a video abt the whole match, must take from robin...Will upload asap)

Bangaboaoui: Aboriginal Cultural Harbour Cruise-

We had the chance to witness the real Aboriginals in Australia. U may wonder what are Aboriginals? They were actually native people in Aus, before the British came, but due to the arrival of more convicts sent from British, Aborigianl population in Aus.

Hi guys, it is such a long time since i had my last post. Just came back to Spore yesterday night, still cant get used to the current time in Spore, as in Aus, it is 3 hours ahead...The weather was really comfortable yet cold there because i like the cold, although i nose-bleed quite a lot of times.

time where almost every meal(Buffet) was western food, shiok ah! But i promised myself that i will not eat Macs and KFCs for the next few wks!

basketball game with Australian National Basketball Players(tall guys;at least 200 cm)
encounter with carbonate and alkaline water
time of being late with Robin when others are already awake(due to late-sleeping habits)

time paying respect to the courageous, bravery soldiers of WW2 in Rememberance Day(11th Nov)
sharing a mountain of seafood with Lewis(causing me to feel extremely bloated)
chance to take a dosmetic flight from Canberra to Syndey (vice versa)
time to feel that Chinese FOOD is the BEST!!!!! after a few days of western food
nickname (the whole group as well)-Piggies, since we only know how to "eat,sleep, walk a bit"

Sorry for not regularly updating my blog...These days preparing for my 'O' Level Chinese lah! Jia you for all sec 3 HCL students loh.

Anyway i attended the Popcorn-Sydney & Canberra Trip Briefing last fri, with the nerd(Robin) in SPH. The Australian Tourism Board manager (wow) came to brief us abt the trip next fri-7th nov. It was pretty cool and fun coz we will be going several places, including mountains, and most of all got the chance to take A380.shiok xia...But everytime i thought of the trip, i thought of my O level chinese as well.Dunno when can i really be free, xian.

Let me share with u some of the places we will visit (taking out my itinery...haha):
1)Canberra Space Tracking Station
2)Birrigai(It's like an OBS adventure trip)
3) Australian Institute of Sport(can face to face have dinner with ur favourite australian olympic holder, wow!)
4) Sydney Opera House, of course
5) Cockatoo Island Tour
6) Visit famous mountains, like the Three Sisters etc
7) Glow Worm Tunnel & Jenolan Caves

It sounds interesting right? Hope i can have a good time in Ausralian (perhaps got the chance to see Wen Ru, though i know he lives in Melbourne...).

PS: STARmates-sorry for pan-seh-ning u all, but u all dont envy me also lah...But i will miss u all there!

Today was such a enjoyable trip to kallang! Thanks to Nadar, we purposely capsized the kayak, haha...

As DQ and me needed to go to JJC for practical, we had to bathe obviously. However due to unforeseen circumstances, the guy's toilet was occupied by someone and we decided to bathe at fairway country club. Hadn't been to the country club since Sec 1, we had forgotten that entry charge was required. Dumb xia!

In the end, we bathe at JSS, u know what, in the 3rd level Gents toilet, i was in the midway finishing my bathing and Mr Allen came interrupted us. Wao lao eh...I looked at him with my towel covering my u know what and he looked at me and politely asked us to get out. Heng ah!

X-Ray

In this point of moment, i fully understand the importance of a "butt"...
Yesterday fell hard on a series of stairs on my way to tuition, and my butt really aches("open flower") xia.
I felt so stupid and as clumsy as humpty dumpty!haha...
Not only i miss my JJC practical with Du Qun, Zhi ye and filbert, i must pay a visit to the hospital.
How pathetic! Its been ages since i had a X-ray...(I had one when i was in K2, if i am right)
Hope 2moro kayaking session will go on smoothly and look forward to this captivating trip!

Family day today...Went out for lunch at JP
Anyway, since today was friday, there was MEP( Music Elective Programme) and i got back my result.
WOW!

Wow,not because i had gotten A but a C6, how disheartening! But nvm since i never prepared well for this exam. My practical just pass xia...The KB teacher, Mr Wong, gave me 30 out of 60 for the following reason.

On that day of practical exam, i changed slot with my MEP mate, Gabriel, informing Mr Phua (new teacher) before hand and without telling KB Wong. This is because Mr Phua said it is possible to change time slot, but Mr Wong not only piss me off on that practical exam and said "U call this a performance?!"In addition, he stormed out the exam hall and reprimanded at Mr Phua. This seriously spoilt my mood and i was guilty for my reckless behaviour and at the same time, sorry for Mr Phua.

But... i am quite glad that i pass my MEP.

PS: I played duet piece with Bryant, the celloist, in the practical exam

Today, today, today dunno what to say xia..
Wait for so many hours and thanks to melvin, the weather really turned us down.
The soccer match was cancelled and it really dampens my mood.
But nvm, at least got a chance to play good-minton with KS, Liang yueh, bastard and KC.
Oh yah and also play table tennis with melvin which was such a great fun as it was ages since i touch table tennis...
Ermm sorry for not constantly updating my blog coz i am lazy in fact.
Yesterday, reached home from piano lesson and i was dead tired (piano lesson last for 2hrs ah!)
Played some pieces and of course they were nice as I played them well...
No lah, must had learnt the" thick-skin" skill from Xin Wei.
Anyway, playing the piano was my interest and i really really enjoyed it

Not much today,just slack at home and watch drama( 命中注定我愛你)
I really like this kind of life...
exercise in progress, today went jogging with my bro and realised how "weak" i am
Of course, i still manage to run 1.5km ba!
Hope i can train fitter than before (One of my holiday plan)and jogging in the morning is really a gooooood thing xia
coz the air is so refreshing, i can really feel the natural beauty.
Anyway i usually jog during the evening, hope can catch some of you in Jurong Lake Park...

WOW! This is my very first time writing a blog...haha. Tangs for visiting!

Weeks and weeks of exams and tests are finally coming to a close. Today went out with Liang Yueh, Kang Shiong, Dict & Jian Da to play badminton at Jurong Spring CC. Surprisingly, Gledwin came as well. I just had to admit that LY was such a pro;his fast tatics and strategy, was indeed...flawless (though i'm pro as well).
